Andy our salesman and Sara in Finance were both friendly, efficient and knowl where it is due. The experience we had yesterday at CBB was excellent. Interesting story for everyone. I began my car buying experience with CBB via a friends recommendation. I called and originally spoke with Hector. We set up a time to come down and I began my car buying experience with CBB via a friends recommendation. I called and originally spoke with Hector. We set up a time to come down and look at a couple different cars. Hector was amazing. Very warm and colorful guy. He was very honest and really seemed to care about finding the perfect match. We test drove several vehicles that day but nothing was speaking to me. I came in for a second time that same week and him and I test drove another vehicle and it was a great fit but still wanted to discuss things with my wife before pulling the trigger. I left that day and came back the next wanting to close a deal. Hector was not available so Andy and I test drove a different car, but the same model, and I liked it so decided to purchase it. All was well. The next day after buying it I noticed the car looked like it was sitting lower than normal. I looked at the springs and saw orange coil-overs on the car. After doing some research I found that they were aftermarket, meaning the suspension warranty wouldn’t hold up if there was an issue down the road. I contacted them the next day and they asked me to bring the car down so they can look at it so I did. They looked at it and agreed the warranty would be in question and that since I purchased the car with a factory warranty plus an extended warranty and the modifications weren’t disclosed (because they didn’t know about them either) that they would work with me. I decided to look at a different vehicle and they said they would take the vehicle back if I wanted something different. So we made a deal on another vehicle. The only issue with the new vehicle is the car fax said it has no accidents but the is a small amount of cosmetic damage to the rear bumper that I again didn’t see until after I got the vehicle home. I called them to see if there is anything the can do because the only way to fix the problem would likely take it to a body shop to repair it and after they looked at it they said there is really nothing they can do. It’s frustrating but I guess it’s my fault for not seeing it when I purchased it. And after driving the car for a day the brakes started squeaking like crazy. Going to take it to a BMW dealer to have it looked at to avoid any warranty issues that could come up. But the manager Dino was great to work with. Steve ,the shop foreman, was very forthcoming and honest when I spoke with him. They gave me an excellent offer for my trade in. Overall it was a good experience. I would buy a car there again. More

Que took the time to ensure I was very happy with my perspective sale, he was a consultant not a salesman, he was able to get me financed, and your finance staff was unbelievable. I cannot say enough about them. Everything was easy.. smooth.. no haggling.. priced great.. I have never had an experience this positive. Everyone was so nice. If I were to sum it up, I felt like I bought a car from family and you have earned my business for life! There is no way you can improve on my experience. It was perfection. Where do you find these amazing people. The finance manager took me back and was so thorough and personable. The finance director stopped over to personally say hello and explain how we all go through things. It was amazing!! Thank you for making this my best car buying experience ever! And I have purchased a lot of new and used cars in my life. Upwards of 40. Restoring classic muscle cars is my hobby. I’ve met a lot of people but your staff by far is the best east to west coast!!
