Walked into the door not knowing what to expect and left knowing more about car buying than I thought I would ever know. Russ took the time to listen and show me both what I wanted and what I didn't want to knowing more about car buying than I thought I would ever know. We laughed, we got serious and it was overall a great experience. I used Honda of Lincoln to buy my first car from a dealership. I had no idea what to expect, Russ talked me through it with care and patience. He was in constant communication with me, calling and emailing to make sure there was no misunderstandings and everything went smoothly. Russ is an amazing salesman and an amazing person in general. While I was test, driving my car, he showed interest in me as a person and even gave me some life advice. The car buying process went extremely smoothly, I was nervous. I had no idea what to expect. Russ welcomed me with a smile and showed me the car I wanted to look at and when I said I need to go look at a few other locations he gave me his business card and told me to let him know if he could hel wanted to look at and when I said I need to go look at a few other locations he gave me his business card and told me to let him know if he could help. I left and came back after a time! Russ once again showed me the car i had asked to look at the first tim. We went over specific needs as I use a wheelchair. Russ was very willing to work with me to get me what I needed. There were questions that I needed to find the answers to regarding my Ford and it's hand controls before coming to a final sale. He sadi no worries and waited a few days for me to get the information I needed. Russ has been VERY patient and polite working with me and the complications that come with buying a car and equiping it with hand controls. He is taking my Honda to the shop for the instalation of hand controls since I can not drive it myself. We went over some of the items on how to operate the Honda but soon realized we should wait until I can actually operate the car myself! I am confident that Russ will be meeting with me right after I get my Honda back from the shop and it would not surprise me if he checks in with me once in a while in the future. He took a lot effort in making buying a car easy. Taking very good care of me. Russ is NOT a pushy person which is 100% why I came back to him. Russ is an huge assist to Honda of LIncoln. I was very pleased to find that Honda also helps with the added expense of ipurchase/instoallation of equipment in a car just to allow me to have the same freedom to drive as others. Not my first time working with Russ Meyer as this is now my 4th leased Honda Accord. Russ kept in touch prior to my lease expiration and was well prepared when I came in to look at new vehicles.
