This review is based on my post experience as I learned that Mazda of New Rochelle and Mazda financial services brokered a deal for Mazda of New Rochelle to buy and take possession of my previously leased that Mazda of New Rochelle and Mazda financial services brokered a deal for Mazda of New Rochelle to buy and take possession of my previously leased vehicle, factoring in an overpayment of $262.50 that I inadvertently made on my account. My account was already paid in full for the 36 month lease at trade in for a new leased vehicle at said location. The $262.50 overpayment on the old lease account , as previously discussed with Mazda Financial Services, was to be applied in my dashboard on a future payment of a new leased vehicle in my dashboard, and new account. Perhaps Mazda New Rochelle did not know all the details, Mazda New Rochelle sent payment to MFS and my old account was closed, and because of this MFS called me that they can no longer refund or apply my overpayment to my new account because of this, essentially stealing my funds. MFS called a sales manager named Lucky while I was on hold with them, and I was told they are unwilling to work this out. Essentially my overpayment funds were misused in the payoff quote. MFS refused to open my new account and make this right, nor did Mazda New Rochelle offer any assistance here. In fact, I was supposed to be called back with perhaps a solution, and of no surprise never received one. It amazes my how a company would protect a 1% margin at the risk of losing a long term customer. As a last resort, I asked by bank to reverse payment as life calls with expensive groceries etc., and MFS was ok to now open up my account again and state that I now have to repay my overpayment of $262.50. I am completely amazed at these unethical business practices. It even shows in my dashboard I now owe $571.60, and separately received letter today that I owe $1,960.24, and have to send them the certificate of title or lien release. MFS sold the car to Mazda New Rochelle, so why would I have this. The records keeping and financial system is completely unnerving. It seems to me that I may not be the only one with which such practices or something similar may have been a victim of, and the Toyota financing arm that runs Mazda was fined 60 million by a consumer watchdog last November: https://www.nbcnews.com/business/consumer/toyota-motor-credit-fined-60-million-gap-insurance-extra-loan-products-rcna125983 MFS still refuses to close my account and Mazda of New Rochelle still has not called me back to step in. I will continue to fight this. More

Naomi is fantastic! I came into the dealership last Sunday after leaving another dealership frustrated, and after a couple of weeks of searching.
