Great experience with everyone here at Audi San Diego. Came from San Francisco to get my car (wasn't available anywhere in the Bay Area), which required a lot of extra work. Lucas went above and beyond for me to get me the best deal. Absolutely amazing customer service and so good to work with. My experience with Lucas at Audi was nothing short of incredible. I was hesitant and pessimistic because I struggled at every other dealership, but as soon as I walked in Lucas was warm and welcomed me q incredible. He was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process and made it so easy. Everyone at Audi was very personable. Joyce was also so kind and walked me through every step of finance. I highly recommend Lucas and the whole team at this Audi. So grateful for their patience and willingness to get me into something I love. Truly out did themselves and went above and beyond. More

I found the Audi Etron GT with the options I wanted at Audi San Diego. I travelled from Orange County to the dealership to take delivery. I presented a deal that I had received at another dealership and t Audi San Diego. I travelled from Orange County to the dealership to take delivery. I presented a deal that I had received at another dealership and they beat it. The deal was finalized, most of the necessary paperwork was handled on line, test drove the vehicle and signed paper work in less than an hour. Everybody appreciative and friendly. No pressure.
