I was completely amazed at the customer service provided by Rocky Mount Dodge. He expertly showed me a few vehicles, we discussed numbers, and then we narrowed it down to the one best suited for my needs. I was then able to test-drive it. While on my test drive, I was notified that I was approved. From beginning to end, this was notably the smoothest, most amicable, and stress-free vehicle purchasing experience.
