Jessica morris in financing was so sweet and very easy to talk to she went over everything with me step by step and always had a smile on her face she even stayed a little later to help me!! Over all Subaru of Jacksonville is top of the line!! Great people great service and awsome cars!! If I could give 1000 stars I would! I am a customer for life! More

Honestly, really appreciated that they respected my time. Didn't try to jerk me around, didn't make me sit and wait for half an hour while going back and forth on numbers. I've been meaning to write (yet another) great review about Jerry for a few months now since my wife and leased a new 2024 Forrester. We wandered into Subaru of Jacksonville about a decade or more ago a about Jerry for a few months now since my wife and leased a new 2024 Forrester. We wandered into Subaru of Jacksonville about a decade or more ago and ran into Jerry who we became very friendly with. He is zero pressure, super knowledgeable, very friendly, and generally a great guy. He is able to effectively zero in on what we are looking for and cuts the red-tape to help us get what we need. I genuinely look forward to seeing him in a half year when my Impreza's lease is up! Cheers to Jerry for doing it right consistently! More
