Awful experience all around. Never informed how impossible it would be to insure my 2021 Kona, given missing and incorrect information during the purchasing process. Everything was truly remarkable from the first call from Jenny to Hunter and the rests of the staff. Searching for the right vehicle and the negotiation was all done with Hunter on the phone before we even Jenny to Hunter and the rests of the staff. Searching for the right vehicle and the negotiation was all done with Hunter on the phone before we even set off for a 1.5 hr drive. Hunter said we could even take it home the same day. It was a rush because we had to get back to a dinner commitment. We made the transaction in 2.5 hrs. thanks to Hunter and everyone else working as a happy team to get us on our way. More
