I made an appointment to replace my sideview mirror and checked with parts department regarding them having the right mirror in stock. When I went for my appointment they did not have mirror in stock, The checked with parts department regarding them having the right mirror in stock. When I went for my appointment they did not have mirror in stock, They required I pay for part in advance to be ordered and sent me away with no apology or regard for inconveniencing me. More

The initial process was cooperative and led to an acceptable negotiation. The car was not ready for delivery. We waited for the car to be cleaned for about an hour. When we finally hiked to see the vehicle and try it out, Gary was rude to my wife. Rather than soothing her discomfort, he assumed a defensive attitude. After that, I had to wait about 1 hour for the paperwork to be prepared. Once I had signed, Gary was not available to deliver the car. Nobody could find him. When he finally did appear, he put on the paper license plates and that was the end. I figured out the changes in operation of the car, in comparison to our 3 year old X3, myself. More

My car died upon my arrival in Santa Monica- and I happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. The team at the dealership handled everything over less than 48 hours, replaced my hybrid battery and ha happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. I drove over a pothole on Sunset Blvd. and destroyed two tires on my BMWi3. I was heading out of town when it happened so I called your service department and spoke with a very nice woman and destroyed two tires on my BMWi3. I was heading out of town when it happened so I called your service department and spoke with a very nice woman (sorry I forget her name!) who said I could either drive it home and have it towed to the shop or I could drive straight there. I said I would drive right over to which she replied “Okay, your service manager will be Sal but be VERY CAREFUL when you’re driving!” So sweet. As promised, Sal was waiting for me and told me that while the replacement tires were in stock, the service department was very busy. I pleaded with him to see if he could get the car fixed that day since I didn’t want to cancel my trip. Thanks to Sal, he had my car ready within an hour! I am so, so grateful for the wonderful service he provided. Thanks for the great experience! More
