My family and I went in to look at a new car, not knowing if we where going to get a new car but knowing we needed one. We did look up a car and wrote down all our questions about the car we wanted to look a if we where going to get a new car but knowing we needed one. I've never had such a stress-free car buying experience before. The car I'd expected to keep for 10 years needed a transmission after 4. I didn't even have a car in mind...sigh. After test driving on Thursday evening Darryl went to work to get me the best deal and financing Saturday morning I drove my ES-350 off the lot. He's called to follow up and make sure that all is well. I'll never purchase a car from anyone else. More
