2024 Chevrolet 3500 HD 23,000 miles Dealership = Good Service shop = xxxx I had front windshield replaced and they tore the xxxx out of interior dash. Jonathan in service called to inform me my ve Good Service shop = xxxx I had front windshield replaced and they tore the xxxx out of interior dash. Jonathan in service called to inform me my vehicle was done, finding later the knife or saw they used to get broken windshield out cut the xxxx out of interior dash. This leaves me in a tough spot do I complain about the damage the service dept. has left me with? What are they going to do at this point replace dash? What are they going to tear up replacing dash that will go unseen do to dash hiding all poor craftsmanship? Same visit. Service dept. was supposed to correct purchased vehicle’s pull to the right. The service dept aligned truck but did not correct pull to the right, this tells me they never drove the vehicle to ensure issue was resolved. More

Chris the salesman, was nice while we were buying the truck. But, after that it was ridiculous! I bought a cover for the bed and running boards. Was supposed to be ready Wednesday. We called Chris and he truck. But, after that it was ridiculous! I bought a cover for the bed and running boards. Was supposed to be ready Wednesday. We called Chris and he said he would see where they are and call us back. We had a 45 minute drive to get there. He never called back and when we got there he wasn’t there. The body shop manager didn’t know anything about it. So, he had them put the stuff on the truck. We were there for 5 hours! Should not have happened! Never got a call from Chris. Then when we got home, noticed there were no drain hoses for the bed cover. That cover is supposed to have them. This is Friday afternoon and still “no call” from Chris! Not even an apology! We will not do business with you again! But, you can, however, thank Chevrolet for building a nice looking vehicle! Will not recommend! More
