We have done many Infiniti leases with Jackie Cooper. This time we decided to purchase the vehicle at lease-end. There was no option to make the final pay-off & sign documents electronically. We were req This time we decided to purchase the vehicle at lease-end. There was no option to make the final pay-off & sign documents electronically. We were required to go to the dealer so an appointment was set. Upon arrival, we provided basic info then was told that meeting with finance was on a “first come first served” basis & there were 2 customers in front of us so it would be a 2 hr wait. This was confusing since they had us make an appointment & the whole reason for the appointment was to have paperwork ready so we could get in & get out. We left but returned early to sit & wait since we felt the need to be on site to “get in line.” With only one finance person, the process bottle-necked. Our issue was not with any personnel but the process was frustrating since they required us to make an appointment time. We would have preferred more transparency about the process so our expectations could have been more realistic. More
