I test drove a Cayman a few weeks ago thinking my wife might like to have one. Charles was very gracious in letting me drive one and he was courteous and professional in every way. My wife did not care for that color combination, but she found one in Las Vegas that she liked. Thinking it might benefit Charles to being him into the transaction, I called him and he was able to make things happen so the car she wanted arrived in Greensboro. Charles was fantastic in every way and we couldn’t have expected more from our sales rep.
