Companies are only as good at their representatives....This being my first association with Baxter Toyota Lincoln...I can say that in every respect our involvement with Adam Holland could not be more professional. This being the first time purchasing a new car in my 72 years, the processing of waiting for several months waiting for the Venza to make it's long trip from Japan required some patience. Adam was always responsive to questions and assured us that the car was in route and giving us updates as best he could. Dealing with the closure and introduction to the many features of the car. Adam and his colleagues got us to first base with much more to learn. If we have any questions, I'm confident that your staff are available to help. I've been in the market for a 4Runner for about 6 months, but the many dealers I called added ridiculous market adjustments, required dealer financing, or both. Then I called Ernst Toyota. They were fair, transparent, and straight-forward. Both Mike Backstrom (the sales manager) and Steve McClelland (my sales consultant) were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and great to work with. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and even gave me my Pro at MSRP. While they did present me with some add-ons, I didn't feel obligated or pressured to buy, which I greatly appreciated. Ernst Auto Group is, without question, the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. You've earned a customer for life!
