I was purchasing a car for my son's birthday and he paid attention to the details - he arranged for a bow on the vehicle, added a personalized frame to the license plate - just made it SPECIAL! The finance partner (and I'm sorry I forgot her name) - was timely and knowledgeable.

I was in need of a different vehicle pretty quickly and reached out about one we found online. I received a response surprisingly quickly and had an appointment that evening. Lida met us at the door and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to everything we needed. She showed us two vehicles I was considering and when the one I wanted needed a minor adjustment she did an excellent job communicating what they were doing to get everything in order. From the very beginning to the final step this was by far the easiest, best experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Great job everyone!! I would definitely recommend Lida and Patrick Volvo!

Akrim A. deserves a great dept of gratitude from me. I had what seemed like a very minor condition materialize with my Jaguar the night before I had a very long drive for a client meeting. Akrim's care revealed an unrelated but extremely dangerous condition with one of my tyres. He insisted I leave the vehicle as he did not think it was safe for me. I would never have noticed this condition on my own. I had no reason to check. Without Akrim's genuine concern for me personally, my long drive could have ended very badly. Instead, I was driving a very nice and very safe vehicle provided for me as a courtesy at Akrim's insistence. Akrim and everyone at Howard Orloff, you've been great to me for 26 years!!!! Dinner and a new Volvo! - Pamela12464

Stopped by McLaughlin on our way to dinner, 1st time at the dealership. Kris Hutton met us as I was interested In driving the new Volvo XC40. At no time did we feel rushed or hurried as we arrived at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Kris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We then met with Josh to review cost as I was surprised that I liked the new XC40 more than the Audi Q3 I had driven previously. We asked Kris to call us back on Monday morning which he did as soon as he arrived in the office. We purchased the car over the phone. The dealership was extremely easy to work with in picking up our vehicle when it was convenient for us as we live an hour away. Joe Wilson in finance was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a seamless process. Kris Hutton was very informative in setting up our new car and following up after we were home. We are looking forward to working with our new dealership at McLaughlin Motors.

Left with more problems than I came in with - unhappynow

Came in with urgent airbag message and left with urgent airbag message, urgent ABS message, wipers that wont turn off (they just pulled the fuse and left it in the fuse box), and turn signals that don't work. All this is the result of them just doing a diagnostic scan. I can go back and have them look at it again for a minimum of $600 - no guarantees on what the final figure will be.
