I had been considering replacing my car for a while and had been discussing it with Quavantae Holmes, salesman at Marietta Toyota. Unfortunately the day I stopped in to car shop Mr. Holmes was previously busy with other Dealership business. However Joshua Lyons was available to fill in in his absence. Mr. Lyons was very knowledgeable, patient and professional in showing me and test driving several used and new vehicles. Through some negotiation we were able to arrive at a price we could both be comfortable with on the car I decided on purchasing. I'm happy to say I have a new vehicle (2024 Rav4 LE) that I look forward to enjoying for the next 8-10 years while the country works its way thru their anticipated transition of ICE, Hybrid and EV vehicles. Thank you Mr. Holmes and Mr. Lyons for your help and expertise in this experience. Marietta Toyota is fortunate to have such dedicated, knowledgeable and professional salespeople on their team.

Took in my Toyota Camry 2022 for service… only had 2728 miles on it…Retired people who don’t drive too much. Great hybrid car… First service check. When I arrived, both lanes at Service Center were packed. I waited less than 10 mins and Zach Within minutes of Zach’s cursory review he already had his eye on a couple of things to investigate. He came back and asked if I could leave the vehicle overnight. No problem. Zach and his team checked on all parts of the car and performed a number of tasks… Zach kept me abreast of all the work and car was ready to pick up the next day. It drives were well and yes, we are putting some more miles on it. Thank you Cobb County Toyota, thank you Zach and team for your team’s knowledge, efficiency, and friendliness. Very satisfied!

I have purchased two trucks from this dealership and did not have any problems with the sales department. However, the customer service that I received from the body shop was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. My truck was being repaired from hitting a deer and I waited for over 100 days to get my truck fixed. I was given one excuse after the other for them not being able to fix my truck which was mostly cosmetic damage. I also tried Toyota corporate customer service and didn't do much better with them, all they kept saying was contact your dealer, thanks for the help, Toyota. I can honestly say I will never be back to this dealership for any reason and may be done with Toyota all together.
