Purchased a vehicle from the dealership after months of search. Left the dealership and realized that it did not have my #1 required feature. I told them that I was relying on my sales team to vet that it had the features I was looking for still declined my request for a return. Their response was. "We didn't force you to buy it" Buyer beware. More

I have dealt with Wickstrom Ford and Chrysler since their opening and this was the worst experience. During the time of sales everyone was attentive but as soon as you sign on the line you become a second th opening and this was the worst experience. We purchased a two year old previously leased vehicle that needed minor items repaired / replaced. At time of pickup some items had not been corrected with the excuse of "back order" of parts. It's now been two months and still no parts, including a second fob. Worst there has been no communication from parts or sales person unless I initiated it. Second issue is that by our mistake items were left in the Lincoln MKX trade in which have since disappeared. The sales people were quickly notified but again no follow through. The buyers deserve better treatment after a sale. More

I really feel he should get paid extra for letting a 74 year old female driver take the wheel during the rain! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and, oh, those blue eyes. All kidding aside, Robinson was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Kelsey was just as knowledgeable with the financial end. She was efficient and left no questions unanswered. All in all, this was pretty much a perfect transaction. We wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Wickstrom should we ever need one. We will highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I left with the car of my choice and a smile on my face the entire drive home. He was able to understand my needs and displayed true professionalism throughout the negotiation process without putting an uncomfortable pressure on me, which is common in car sales industry. Since I was already familiar with the car I wanted, we communicated over the phone exclusively when negotiating the payments, and I just came to the dealership to submit application, sign paperwork and pick up my beautiful car.  Not only did Michael work hard to secure a great price, but he also took the time to explain all the details on the car.
