I was so impressed by the service department when we purchased a used Cadillac recently that I changed service providers even though the drive would be longer. My 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was due for T purchased a used Cadillac recently that I changed service providers even though the drive would be longer. My 2017 Chevrolet Silverado was due for Transmission, Front and Rear Differential and Transfer case service. Kirk Tajirian bundled all the service thereby reducing the overall cost. Best was that he took a picture of the tubes showing the color of the transmission fluid being removed versus the new fluid going in. He also reported the condition of the lubricants in the differentials and transfer case. Kirk was very friendly, customer oriented and knowledgeable. I will be calling to schedule a service appointment for my 2011 Camaro soon. More
