Worst dealer ever. Two years ago I bought a new ecodiesel Wrangler Rubicon. Three weeks ago I noticed some defects in the paint of the body that are causing rust, w Two years ago I bought a new ecodiesel Wrangler Rubicon. Three weeks ago I noticed some defects in the paint of the body that are causing rust, when I went to this dealer to fix it, since it is still under warranty, they treated me with so much contempt as if I were asking a favor, making me go to other dealers to solve this problem . The client's representative - ERICK MONTERO - Did not want to assist me and when he did, he was very uncomfortable and had no intention of helping with my situation. Supposedly - ERICK MONTERO - He would contact me within 3 or 4 days. IT WAS NEVER LIKE THIS.. Three weeks now, I am still waiting for a solution to the problem, which continues to get worse.... And I still have no news from the dealer. After making this repair, I will never do business at this location again. More
