Appointment was easy to establish. Service writer checked the VIN , mileage and took photos. Necessary paper was generated and a time estimate of 1:30 was given for the wait. Had the shark fin antenna replaced which fixed the issue with not receiving my SiriusXM satellite signal. Thankfully it was replaced under the extended warranty I purchased when I bought my Audi.
