I walked in the door of the dealership on a friends recommendation, had the keys for a test drive in less than 10 minutes, drove the new car for a couple hours, brought it back to the dealership, had a recommendation, had the keys for a test drive in less than 10 minutes, drove the new car for a couple hours, brought it back to the dealership, had a deal on my trade in and my new car within 30 minutes. Walked out the door with a warm, fuzzy feeling that I got a fair deal. Jason Byerly was my sales man, and he cut through the crap I don't like about buying cars, we literally had a fair deal done inside of 30 minutes. And an added bonus they gave my kids crayons, snacks and juice while they waited. Truly a pleasurable experience, and brought home a great car for my wife that I'll probably never get to drive : ! Both Brad and JR were very helpful, without being overbearing. Brad was very efficient when the lot was very busy in identifying our model interest and arranging a test drive. Brad was responsive and showed us he wanted to sell us a car. They drove the car from Columbus to Cleveland to save us the hassle of driving to Columbus to get the car...that was an enormous help.
