For the first time in dealer with a car dealership, I felt heard. No pushing me on things I didn’t want. Sure the questions were asked but when I said no, they listened and we moved to the next step. Ryan was great to work with from the test drive, negotiation, trade-in, and the final purchase of the new vehicle. He wasn't pushy and allowed me to take my time to ask questions and look over the n negotiation, trade-in, and the final purchase of the new vehicle. When the negotiation wasn't favorable and I felt like we'd never finalize a deal, Ryan took it upon himself to have multiple discussions with the sales manager. He knew where I was on my price point and worked towards it until it was reached. Ryan was extremely communicative every step of the way. He kept us updated as our vehicle was being built and shipped to the dealer.
