We drove 40 miles to get to your dealership, took us 6 hours to complete the transaction for what we have no paperwork. Called spoke with the person that we "work" with and he told he was going to e-mail hours to complete the transaction for what we have no paperwork. Called spoke with the person that we "work" with and he told he was going to e-mail me the documents, never got it. Try to speak with the financial person left a message, never got a call back. But, thank God there is the internet, and i am telling everybody about our experience. I know it does not matter for you guys and also everyone knows that buy a card is always a very depressing experience. We hope we do not have to do this for the next 10 years. One more thing, no one on your lists below was at the place where we got the car. More

Communication was poor. Had to go to another dept to get better service and items addressed. I still have outstanding follow ups. Initial visit to Dealer was a disaster. Dealer policies were very Customer unfriendly : $5200 in required extras. Egh! Second visit was much better including Troy(Sales Manager), Ermie ( Dealer policies were very Customer unfriendly : $5200 in required extras. Egh!
