We have known Rob LaMarr for years. This was the first time purchasing a Lexus. Rob was very helpful in helping us decide which SUV would fit our needs and finding the color scheme we This was the first time purchasing a Lexus. Rob was very helpful in helping us decide which SUV would fit our needs and finding the color scheme we wanted. He explained in detail the safety features of the vehicle we took for a test drive. We fell in love with the RX350. Rob showed us the service department and the waiting area and the complimentary refreshments that they provided. It was extremely clean. They are top notch in the sales department and we feel that the service department will be also. Looking forward to a future relationship with Lexus of Melbourne. More
