It was great to get started with them, but in the end, the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Se the Customer Service and overall transaction experience was extremely disappointing, disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Gus, Alex, Ramon, and Sean all lack professional customer care or respectful follow-ups. Evan seems to work hard but appears mis or uninformed much of the time.
