I am dealing with this dealership since 2017, I used to have XT5 platinum, they provide very good service, I sold xt5 now I have lyriq 2024, I took it to service, I got a loaner they did excellent job wh have XT5 platinum, they provide very good service, I sold xt5 now I have lyriq 2024, I took it to service, I got a loaner they did excellent job which include updating and many other thing, i am very happy with this dealer and I will continue working with him. Emily was nice and tried to give me a good deal. I wish i could save more but the dealership manager did not negotiate much. I also could not get full extent of color and options i wanted due to lo I wish i could save more but the dealership manager did not negotiate much. I also could not get full extent of color and options i wanted due to low ineventory or they intenionally wanted to sell the option i bought. They also did not maintain the dealership well as in Saturday as there was no complementary drinks or snacks for the 3 hours i had been there. For luxury end dealership this is not acceptable at all. Also, they did not provide me any gift card like last time. I think dealerships these days know interested customer will buy anyway and do not want to go extra mile in providing top notch service. The service departement was niche though as the service guy provided me an honest opinion and saved me some money in manitenance. Overall, it is better than the other dealerships where i shopped around. More
