I came to Jacobs for a new car, I made an appointment with Natalia Sanchez yesterday to talk to her today. I was very impressed with her quick respond to me. We e-mailed a few times so she knew what i wanted. after we hung up on the phone Sandy Called me from the dealership to make sure everything was good.I went for my appointment at 1:30 I got lost so i called the dealership and Sandy answered the phone and got me right to the dealership right away. When i walked in Natalia Sanchez greeted me with a very nice smile. then Sandy was there to introduce herself to me and then Richard came out to let me know he will be helping me also with the financing.It was a fantastic experience, very professional, I would highly recommend Jacobs Mitsubishi,Wesley Chapel to any one thinking about buying a car..
