Everyone at Audi Wyoming Valley is professional, from sales to the service and finance departments. In the past few years, I have purchased two vehicles from Curtis. Everyone at Audi Wyoming Valley was very helpful and friendly. They scheduled an appointment for service that fit my schedule and kept me up to date with all of my service needs. I was given a beautiful friendly. They scheduled an appointment for service that fit my schedule and kept me up to date with all of my service needs. I was given a beautiful loaner car while my car was being serviced so I could continue with my daily needs while my car was being serviced. I was given options as to paying for my services and explanations as to what was recommended. When I picked up my vehicle, the service manager thoroughly explained what was done and also my Audi came back cleaner than it was before they serviced it. All in all it was a pleasant experience from sales to service and I would recommend Audi Wyoming Valley to others. More
