Chris Knutson has enjoyed working for Niello Acura since 2003. He uses the Acura concierge approach to serve his clients for now and all future relations. Clients continue to be completely impressed by how his demonstration drive is more of a real world driving seminar which shows off the features and benefits of the vehicle they are considering. He enjoys spending his free time with his wonderful wife, raising two nieces, adventuring with their two Parson Russell Terriers, and hiking California trails, peaks and mountains. Daniel was absolutely amazing, I called About a car and he drove to go get it and bring it back to the Roseville location. He made the experience great by no pressure and was extremely communicative. Saw the truck I like from a link and contacted Chris through the website. He was very quick in getting back to me and answered all my queries and provided a close-up video of the vehicle. I woke up last Wednesday morning thinking, "Hmm, my lease isn't up until August, but I wonder if I should reach out to Niello now so I can make sure the exact car I want is available when I'm ready for the n isn't up until August, but I wonder if I should reach out to Niello now so I can make sure the exact car I want is available when I'm ready for the next one." Hand-to-Bible, not 2 hours later, Yana called me to see if I was interested in rolling into a new lease. Talk about mind reader! Now, I'd worked with her on my last two deals, so maybe she's just really in sync with where my head's at. ;) In any event, she found me the exact model/trim/colors I wanted, ran the numbers every which way I asked, smoothly dealt with my hemming and hawwing, and by the end of the day, I had an appointment to roll in that Sunday to drop off the "old" lease and pick up the new baby. That day, as I pulled up, Chris came running out to help me -- as if I was some celebrity, or something. Between the two of them, they really make you feel like a member of their royal family. And Brian was a breeze in finance, I was in-and-out lickety-split! Many call me a brand loyalist, but it's not just Acura, it's the Niello company and these particular folks. They're the absolute best!! More
