Due to a road traffic delay in route to the appointment, I called and they were able to change my time 30 minutes which worked great. The waiting area was comfortable. I received a Mazda complimentary one year coupon that said covers 2 oil and filter changes and 2 tire rotations. I had purchased a five or more maintenance program with my SUV. The service rep mentioned the first of two first year appointments was completed. I did not understand. Iit seems the first two free visits per coupon should be an add to the prepaid program. The actual prepaid maintenance should not start until after the second service per coupon? Why is the red light always on above the mirror for front passenger or rear passenger seat belt off? Very distracting. Secondly, within a few minutes of starting the car, the engine temp gauge rises to about 1/16" below the half way mark. Have not seen it rise above that mark. Have not seen a blue or red light on which is good. Is the halfway position normal for operating vehicle during February 2024 thru June in North Dallas? Thank you. More

Chris Garner is a terrific sales consultant. He is well versed in the vehicles at Mazda and is patient and takes the time to explain the vehicle features and overall buying process. Denton Mazda was amazing!
