She was very knowledgeable of the features of the cars and spoke to their pros and cons when asked as we compared them. It made our decision making process much easier. Very deceptive. BAIT AND SWICH! They tell you that they have a car in stock, they set up an appointment, they confirm the appointment several times, but when you ge BAIT AND SWICH! Sales people here are what gives car salesman a bad name. STAY AWAY! you will be wasting your time! More
