I cannot say enough positive things about this dealer. I called Mark, the Sales Manager, at 9:30 in the morning, and talked about a truck I wanted... 30 minutes later I called him back again and we video walked my trade inside and out... We came to terms within a few minutes. After an over 5 hour drive to the dealership, everything was just as we had agreed. The price of the car, the price for my trade, and the credit, all as agreed, zero surprises. But it did not end there, as part of the deal I had asked him to remove an item installed in my truck, I gave him an estimate, in my mind a 30-45 minute job... OPPPPSSSS I was so wrong. Two hours later, at nearly 7:00 at night, it was done. Not only did he and his service manager stay two hours late to get it done, but he DID NOT CHARGE ME for the work! This people is what true dedication to customer service looks like. I will be back.

Great people who actually care and understand the word service. I bought my truck from a different dealer who couldn't fix my warranty problem. Brought it to Weston to get it fixed. So far, so good. I will always buy my trucks from Weston from now on.

I live in Montana and bought my second Buick from Beaverton GMC. I got a great deal on both my cars. It was very simple, I picked out the car and the out the door price was way better than I could get in my area. It was quick and easy and I got a Encore GX at a great price. It only took four or five phone calls and in less than an hour of my time I had the deal done. I dealt with Nasim (I think that is how you spell his name). Great guy.

Dishonest. Sent me home with a truck that the wheel bearing was bad. They supposedly do safety inspections, but they did not. A wheal bearing is easy to check and a huge safety issue. A female should never buy from there without a mechanic present to thoroughly check the vehicle. They knew the bearing was bad that’s why they pushed the warranty so much. More money.

It would be a zero if I could. Worst service ever emaginable. I have had my car in to their shop 7 times is the last 2 years all for the same problem. Sometimes I’m told they fixed it others I’m told nothing is wrong. I have been stranded 5 times and had my vehicle towed to their shop as required by them and GMC corporate. Well, they got tired of me coming so much, and and not being able to fix the problem, they told me they would no longer service me vehicle and I am not allowed back! Took my 2020 Silverado to Gary Gruner to have a switch replaced and computer recalibrated after another dealership put oversized tires on the truck and failed to recalibrate the computer. The service manager, Tony Denny said the software that to be downloaded from GM to recalibrate the computer. After about 5 hours, Tony told me it might be awhile and gave me a loaner car and asked me to come back the next day. The download took 24 hours. Tony apologized for the delay and discounted the fee for the recalibration. The switch was replaced and I was on the road. This service is what I expected from a dealership and will continue to give them my business.

I called ahead and scheduled an oil change; upon my return from a pleasant walk about; I discovered the service man saw my note to self on the dash to replace the rear brake lights- which I forgot to tell them about, but purchased on the walkabout. They had completed the oil Change just as I returned and offered to install the bulbs I had in hand! How sweet was that! The Oil Change was so comprehensive - and the service was so helpful; I immediately scheduled my next visit! Thank you Krys for your helpful service!
