I've been a customer of Roseville Toyota since Nov 2021. I always get great service from everyone there. This year during Memorial day weekend I met Farshad Baligh. Farshad helped me get out of a vehicle, which while very nice, is not my dream vehicle. I have wanted a plug hybrid ever since I last drove one in 2022. I told Farshad in very clear terms that I wanted certain features which are not available on all of the Rav4s. Farshad worked very hard to make the numbers work with my budget, and i drove off in the only vehicle on the lot which met all of my demands. I also want to thank Lori in the finance office made the simple act of filling out and signing forms, very enjoyable. I have worked with Lori a few times in previous visits to Roseville Toyota. I had the vehicle booked a couple of weeks ahead and they even matched the price with a cheaper offer I got from another dealer. Wish the finance guys gave me a better deal than the offer I had from a credit union. They just matched the offer. But overall fantastic experience. Just finished up buying a certificate used mint TRD. I cannot speak highly enough about our sales guy, Alexis Dominguez. He was the kindest, easiest sales person we have worked w in awhile. Truly wanting the best for you. Zero pressure. No up-scale. Straightforward. Epic person. We were almost going to skip on this due to upper management, didn't find the manager to be the friendliest, pretty condescending. Alexis is the reason we came back. Absolutley LOVE the vehicle so I'm glad Alexis is the reason it all worked out. Top notch sales dude. Five stars all around. Definitely ask for him if youre in the market. Went to get a oil change. They said it will not be too long Wednesday and Thursday are our slow days. Two hours 20 minutes later I go see what’s taking so long. My car had been done, but the service writer was in a meeting. He couldn’t have someone take his meeting. I called and asked for the manager for severance department. Had to leave a message. He was not available. Never heard back from him. This place is horrible. Get your change elsewhere.
