Poor experience. Customer service is bad in service department. They kept emailing me that serviced was due, but it wasn’t for either time or miles. Told me that Customer service is bad in service department. They kept emailing me that serviced was due, but it wasn’t for either time or miles. Told me that another tire seller wasn’t credible, only they know about my tires. Had to go find service representative after seeing my car ready for 10 minutes. Have had 4 Lexus through them. They used to be better. More
