Disreputable dealer that could care less about you after the sale I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from them in March. The rather shady salesman threw all the usual euphemisms at me like “we’d really like to earn your business, blah, blah, blah” (as I was able to obtain a good deal after some negotiating back and forth, I ignored the obvious red flags), but when I discovered serious issues with their paperwork after the sale, the dealership provided zero help. Although I paid them an additional $500 for the Karr Security BT protection, their paperwork showed the protection as being “Declined” (fraud?). Moreover, the car was advertised as having the Ford Blue Advantage Gold Certified protection, which both the sales rep and Finance Manager confirmed several times, but I was given absolutely no paperwork, something the Sales Manager at my local Ford dealership said that I definitely should have received. Multiple phone calls and e-mails to the sales rep, the Finance Manager, and ultimately the General Manager, requesting that they correct these issues in the paperwork, were patently ignored. If you’re planning to buy a new vehicle, don’t think about giving these xxxxxxxx your business, go to a reputable dealer! More

Called the dealership to schedule a safety recall, on a company fleet vehicle. The person that answered the phone mention that I have no recalls for any of my vehicles on their database, I mention that thi company fleet vehicle. The person that answered the phone mention that I have no recalls for any of my vehicles on their database, I mention that this is a new vehicle, and the person kept saying that the 2016 and 2017 models have no recalls, I mention that I was calling for a 2021 vehicle and the response was that there are no recalls. I got forwarded to a manager, that sadly ended up on a voice mail. Note: I have been calling and leaving a voice mail to the service department for two weeks, after no call back. I was able to talk to someone today with no luck. More

When I went back a few days later for additional help, he made himself available and took prompt care of my issues. Also I don’t understand the criticism of the service department. I make an appointment, They are ready for me at the correct time, and I’ve never met a discourteous advisor or other staff member there. My vehicle is ready on time and my advisor stays in touch while I go to breakfast. My vehicles are as clean as I left them. More
