I recently had a great experience with car service at the Hendrick North Lake location. I had an annoying issue that occurred occasionally. Brock Ward was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the Hendrick North Lake location. I had an annoying issue that occurred occasionally. Brock Ward was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to review the pictures and the videos I had captured to show whenever the issue occurred. I had to take the car back a few times because it was a tricky issue. The service team was extremely accommodating of my work schedule. It is so worth it to have the rental car brought to you rather than taking time off work. Brock was great about communicating the plan, and the timelines whenever a part needed to be ordered. I recommend Hendrick Lexus Northlake for all car servicing needs. I've had a lot of great experiences at that location. More
