Had a deal, signed all contracts. They agreed to fix paint, paint rims, bumper, rear camera and interior buttons. Said car would be ready Thursday. Then Monday. Then Tuesday. On Tuesd They agreed to fix paint, paint rims, bumper, rear camera and interior buttons. Said car would be ready Thursday. Then Monday. Then Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, they said we aren't painting rims. On Tuesday evening, they said "We aren't replacing buttons." Crooked people. More

My Salesman, Philip Thelwell was helpful and did not pressure me. He followed up on everything and explained all of the new "bells and whistles" since I last purchased a Honda CR-V in 2008. Then the next morning I was greeted by the very competent and friendly Service Advisor "Deanna." She quickly processed my car for Service (Timing Belt & Water Pump Replacement) and arranged for a shuttle driver to take me home. For a major repair, the service was timely and priced very reasonably.
