I would first like to say that I have been a Honda consumer of Garden State Honda for the last few leases but overall a Honda Consumer for the last two decades.This time around I have recieved a lot o consumer of Garden State Honda for the last few leases but overall a Honda Consumer for the last two decades.This time around I have recieved a lot of offers from dealers asking to have my trade. The manager who sold me my last two cars at Garden State is no longer there so I was a little confused on who I should contact. Natasha reached out to me and assured me that I would experience the same level of customer serice I have in the past. Although I was apprehensive, I made the decision to stop in on Saturday.The level of service I recieved far surpassed my previous experiences at Garden State Honda. Everything she said happened as promised. The manager Jeff was very professional, the showroom was right upstars from where I take my car for service. I am happy and will continue buying cars with them.A+ Job More

I came into the dealership and we were greeted immediately. We were not pressured or followed around like at most dealerships. When we were ready to ask questions John was ready with answers. Both John and Alex went back and forth to get me at a payment where I felt comfortable. During this process other staff members lent a hand at answering questions, they were all friendly and glad to help. Hamad processed my paper work for me and was nice and professional. He also answered all my questions with no problem and a friendly demeanor. I enjoyed the friendly environment and that this staff was a team they worked together instead of against each other. Of course we always want a lower price on things but in my past experience a Honda is an investment and will hold its value. More

My wife & I were in the market of a new CR-V. Upon entering the dealership, a friendly salesman greeted us at the front door and introduced himself as Julio. He asked how he could be of service to us and we told him what vehicle we were shopping for. Within minutes, he had a CR-V for us to test drive so off we went. Test drive went great, Julio spoke to us and told us about the vehicle as we drove it...yet at the same time didn't pressure us into anything, which is the type of salesperson we appreciate. Long story short...we made a deal on the specific model CR-V we wanted and were happy with the deal we made. As we waited a while to be seated with the finance manager, Julio kept us company, offered us a drink, etc. and we got to know each other. He was very warm and friendly...great traits for a salesperson! Overall, we had a very pleasant, pressure-free experience buyyng our new vehicle...this is the type of experience everyone should have when car shopping. The dealership itself was clean, not noisy and a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. It's getting close to two months now that we've owned the vehicle and Julio has contacted us a few times throughout, to make sure we're happy, see how we're doing and how well we're getting aquainted with our new car.
