Appreciate the interest shown through acknowledging my husband and me, but really appreciate that we were allowed to browse without constant interruption from salesperson(s). Kelly was my salesperson, an husband and me, but really appreciate that we were allowed to browse without constant interruption from salesperson(s). Kelly was my salesperson, and he made the experience a good one. I like the bottom-line pricing. However, when i went to sign paperwork, a young man introduced me to something added on for additional coverage that was not discussed with me prior to submission of the bottom-line price for my financing source. I did not choose the coverage and felt under the gun to decide. My husband and I had already been there and had the price, and the ad-on was a bit unexpected. The timeliness of my transaction was great until i was paused with the sales pitch for the additional coverage, offered as a one time payment, add on to my car payment (would have had to re-do my terms with my financial institution) or a monthly payment. No means no. More
