Brad was very knowledgeable about the different vehicles I wanted to test drive. He was not pushy or abrasive in any way. He got us in the cars quickly so we could get our Acura experience moving. He was very fair and steady during the price negotiation- wanting us to get the best deal possible with both us and the dealership happy. We were very satisfied in the deal that was made. The day we took delivery, Brad spent time with us to understand the technology of the car and answer any questions that we had. He said to call or comeby if I had any difficulties or questions. My purchase from Acura Columbus was only my second vehicle purchase on my own, ever - I am admittedly a fairly young consumer. However, this was the Disney experience! I walked away from the deal wi vehicle purchase on my own, ever - I am admittedly a fairly young consumer. However, this was the Disney experience! I walked away from the deal with a breathtaking new vehicle, feeling like I got a very good deal on it and like Acura really worked to make my numbers come together. I did not feel like this would be a stretch for me financially - and I got a very high class vehicle with all the bells and whistles on it. Likewise, I feel Acura Columbus walked away with a good deal on my trade-in vehicle -- a win-win situation for both of us. In addition, I have got to applaud our salesman, JR, and his delivery staff. I dealed with them in the last hour of business hours on a Friday before Christmas the next day, but he and his staff patiently stayed 1.5 hours past closing time to work with me and get me the exact vehicle I was yearning for. I took delivery on it and was able to use it the very next morning on a road trip for my own holidays! JR and his staff were smiles and cheery the whole time - thank you very much for that.
