Good sales; Update-Made right the botched protection coating It happens, but it did get resolved. The salesman Tony was very responsive and helpful. I do love the CR-V. Manny in detailing was very nice and a hard worker. David in service/repair was polite and acknowledge the issues. Service was fair to poor and left my truck with spots everywhere on the inside and outside from the protective coating I purchased. Communication to get a problem addressed was terrible at the time. Steven, sales manager, worked hard to accommodate the customer and address the issue, and feel he was doing his best. I'm still hoping for a happier ending. I still love my CR-V and have named her speckles. Update: I worked with the GM Mike McKinnon who was able to do research and did solve the issue. Garcia Honda cared enough to keep working toward a solution. I appreciate the additional effort, the resolution, and the care from the team. My truck's speckles are gone, but she will keep the name for fun. I love my CRV. Thanks Garcia Honda, and Mike, for your continued customer service and efforts. More

I had thought about not purchasing a car from there but I had found an suv I really liked on the used lot. When I went back on Monday Tony Rumbo helped me out and I decided to buy the 2016 Jeep Cherokee that I had looked at before. Tony was great! He walked me through every step and explained the process and never made me feel like I didn’t belong there as my credit isn’t the best and I am not rich. I enjoyed the sales process thanks to him and I love my Jeep!! More
