Great buying experience! I worked with Anthony (I did not see his name on the list below, I believe he is new)- he was wonderful. Poor Quality of Service I mostly took my Jeep in to the dealership just for oil changes. Lost a great amount of confidence in the type of quality service this place provides I mostly took my Jeep in to the dealership just for oil changes. Lost a great amount of confidence in the type of quality service this place provides after recently bringing my 2015 Jeep Wrangler in for a simple oil change and ended up waiting longer then expected after being notified that my tire needed to be replaced as the mechanic accidentally flattened it when bring it onto the lift. Tire was replaced, no charge to me. Yes this is minor, but this is also the 2nd time i have posted a bad review for this dealership. Ill point out why i wouldnt recommend this dealership for service. -Seems to be a burden when I had issues that resulted from Auto Accident: 1. I had to continuously bring my jeep in after repairs from a rear end (Auto Accident) for body paint issues and a noises in the axle. Took 3 visits for body shop to correct paint scrapes on the rear door and tub. 2. Also had a noise coming from the transfer case that took 2 visits to remediate. A noise that was clearly audible, even to my friend who is half deaf. 3. Tire Pressure sensor constantly going off (Not fixed) This sensor never went off prior to the 3.5 years i owned the jeep with after market tires. Only until the accident, is when the alert began. 4. Scraping noise in front axle on Left turns (Not fixed) I just never get the feeling that I am getting great service here, and my previous appointment proved it to be true. Will have to locate another Jeep Dealership for any maintenance or repairs in the future. More

Amazing sales staff and service. Emailed Thomas Dodge about a 2019 Ram 1500. Heard from them same night. Next day drove down to the dealership and checked it out. I let them know I ha Emailed Thomas Dodge about a 2019 Ram 1500. Heard from them same night. Next day drove down to the dealership and checked it out. I let them know I had a trade in and needed it paid off. They went above and beyond my expectation. They’re over 50 miles away and they are now my go to for vehicles. Highly recommend. More

conflicting appointment info On March 20th, I called in the morning to see if there was appointment availablitity for an oil change. The woman looked up my account, and said one w On March 20th, I called in the morning to see if there was appointment availablitity for an oil change. The woman looked up my account, and said one was not needed. My husband goes there, about an hour later with a 2 year old, to be told he DOES in fact need an appointment. We made one for the 22nd and had no issues with our service. Like everyone else we have a life, we both work, we have 4 kids, it’s already a pain to carve out time to do this maintenance and it makes it more dreadful when you don’t know what to plan. Please improve your communication. I’m am not sure who I spoke to or who completed the service. More

issues bought a used vehicle on feb 2nd 2019 and was at the dealership for like 4 hours. i test drove the ford explorer i bought and the low tire pressure se bought a used vehicle on feb 2nd 2019 and was at the dealership for like 4 hours. i test drove the ford explorer i bought and the low tire pressure sensor was on and there was a small crack in the window. being that i was there so long the service department was not there. i left the dealership at around 530pm and had to stop at discount tire because the pressure was so low. they advised me of a nail in my tire. so i called back and advised them of what was occuring and told me to bring it in. brought it in the following monday and they advised me that they were going to do me a favor and patch the tire. they advised the vehicle was sold as is and they don’t usually fix it unless i pay for it. And as for the crack in my window they wouldnt fill it in. they kept teling talk to this guy talk to that guy. Never once was i shown how the set up anything in vehicle. would have liked a new tire and not a patch and my window fixed! More
