had an excellent experience at Southern Hyundai of Newport News thanks to Jeff Moien, and my go-to service advisor. I came in on short notice because the turn signal on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata wasn’t w Newport News thanks to Jeff Moien, and my go-to service advisor. I came in on short notice because the turn signal on my 2015 Hyundai Sonata wasn’t working, and Jeff went above and beyond to help me out. He was friendly, professional, and made sure the issue was taken care of quickly. I really appreciated how efficient and courteous he was throughout the process. Jeff gave the impression that I was a bother to him anytime I called about the status of my car. When I asked questions he was hesitant to answer and didn’t give me any reassurance that my car issues w anytime I called about the status of my car. The visits was quick, efficient. But there was absolutely no communication between myself and the staff.i brought my vehicle in for an appointment for my first free oil change. I had But there was absolutely no communication between myself and the staff.i brought my vehicle in for an appointment for my first free oil change. I had scheduled it because my monthly health report from Hyundai stated 'bases on my driving habits, oil should be changed at 3750 miles'. Which makes sense to me. In an effort to take the best care of my vehicle that I can, I wanted to get it done, as I was at about 4325 when I finally got it to the service. The service advisor scoffed at the early oil change and with attitude, said it wasn't due until 7500. The way he told this to me was very off putting, and had it not been a free oil change, I would never return. More
