Josh was great, but Denise was horrible! Talked to her on Tuesday afternoon and told her I needed a ballpark trade in value on my 24 Silverado 2500 cause we are going out of town Wednesday e Talked to her on Tuesday afternoon and told her I needed a ballpark trade in value on my 24 Silverado 2500 cause we are going out of town Wednesday evening. Told her we needed to come in first thing in the morning to make the deal happen on the 21 Silverado High Country we wanted to come in and test drive. Sent her a bunch of pictures, the vin and milage and assured her it was as nice as the day I drove it off the lot. After getting of the phone with her that I had on speaker phone, my wife said, she seems very snooty! I couldn't of agreed more! Like I was a nuisance for asking for this or something! We are over an hour away and didn't want to waste anyone's time. Never got a call back, not even a text! Waited until 10am on Wednesday morning and still nothing! Decided to just go ahead and drive up there to see if we could put a deal together anyway. Had my wife find the salesman who was getting the best reviews online. She said Josh keeps popping up, so Josh it was going to be. We pulled up basically right in front of where Denise was sitting and walked into the lot to look at the truck we wanted. She come hustling out and introduced herself and asked if she could help us! I said nope, is Josh available? So she goes and gets Josh for us. The place was dead and there was one other customer at 11am there. I guess she didn't need to make any sales or something to ghost us after we talked the day prior about all of this. Mind you I told her we have been buying vehicles from Advantage for a very long time so she knew we were repeating customers as well. After the deal with Josh she couldn't even send a text apologizing for not returning a call to me or anything! There is no way she didn't know it was us as I sent her pictures of my truck and the truck we wanted to buy! Very unprofessional, plus in my 30+ years of buying vehicles never once has somebody done what she did! Josh was absolutely amazing, very friendly, as well as made the process go very smoothly from beginning to end. Do yourself a favor, if Denise walks up to help ask for Josh. You won't be disappointed. Told Josh about what happened as well as the finance person. Hopefully it got back to someone in charge of the sales team because she is definitely not doing her job and almost cost them a trade in and a sale of a vehicle! More

I had a great experience with both Denise and Dennis (finance). Denise came along for a road test and helped with some of the newer technology on the car. Dennis did his best to find financing. I needed a hitch installed on my car for a bike rack and the service dept. took longer than expected, but the dealership awarded me an overnight/day rental until the work was completed. More
