He didn’t try to rush me or push anything I didn’t want, just helped me find the right car for my needs and took care of everything really smoothly. Zuly Gomez, the sales manager, came by to check on me too and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She’s really nice and professional, you can tell she cares about taking care of customers. JC in finance made the paperwork part actually easy which is rare. She explained everything so I understood what I was signing and there were no surprises at all. After I finished up, Alex Loredo, the product specialist, helped me get my phone paired to Bluetooth and set up the Volvo app. He walked me through all the tech stuff and made sure I knew how to use all the features before I left. Super helpful guy. Overall I’m really happy with my new Volvo and can’t thank Omar, Zuly, JC and Alex enough for making it such a smooth and friendly experience. Highly recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a Volvo. More

Long story short, we only made one stop. The service, kindness, and professionalism of the North Miami Volvo staff were delightful, and in my experience dealing with Kai was one of the best experiences purchasing a car in all my years in Miami; negotiation was fair, and their staff was on the same page on the needs of the customer, there were no moments of anger nor unfairness, we walked in as 10 am. We walked out with our new car at 1:45 pm. Aside from the car quality, which is outstanding, it feels like true luxury; they might have gained Volvo a lifetime customer. More

With distance buying, we wanted to be sure we had a good feel for the car and its condition before we committed to making a trip from Texas to Miami to test drive it. Dayana went above and beyond giving us a video tour of the car, answering all our questions, and providing details before our trip to Miami. Once we got to the dealership, they were ready for us. I was truly amazed at the family like environment at the dealership with Dayana, Sales Manager Marlon, and Finance Manager Zuly all seamlessly working together to take care of us. The process was painless and our best experience so far buying a car. There were a couple of small issues to be fixed and Dayana took care of it no fuss. She went above and beyond our expectation as if it was her own car to make sure all was taken care of. Her honesty and concern for us getting the best out of our purchase was evident the whole time. She followed through with personally supervising the car leaving their lot on a transport truck sending us pictures and videos before its journey to us.
