They want you to be satisfied I bought a used 2018 Cadillac CTS . They took me through it and got it ready to my satisfaction. Great Dealership. Avoid Edwin. I went to Wagner to test drive a CPO Kia Sorento with the intent to purchase if nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I made an appointment. When I got I went to Wagner to test drive a CPO Kia Sorento with the intent to purchase if nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I made an appointment. When I got to Wagner there was an "event" going on and the place was manic. They did not remember my appointment and did not have the car ready to drive. I did have the pleasure of working with Zulimar who is very sweet and genuinely interested in helping me. When I was ready to talk prices, however, Edwin approached us and that's when the visit went sour. He was aggressive, pushy, rushed, and made it very clear that it was a busy day and he did not want our business because we were firm on our price (cash). He actually told us to go to another dealer! So we walked out. The next day, I get a call from Edwin asking if we were still interested in the vehicle. I said yes, if you meet our price. He said he could do it if I came up $100. I agreed and he said he would run it by the General Manager and then call me back. Never called me back. Instead, he sent a curt e-mail basically stating that I had to agree to finance with them or the price would be increased another 2K! That was a very unprofessional move in my opinion. I e-mailed the General Manager, Joe, to inform him of the sullied "deal" and his unprofessional staff. Then I got a call from Joe. This is where I became impressed with the dealership again. Talking with Joe was like talking with a friend. He apologized and worked with me on purchasing the car in a very straightforward manner. I wish I had be able to work with him from the start! It was obvious that he cared about his business and clients. Overall, I do think it is a good dealership and I was just unfortunate enough to come on the wrong day and speak with the wrong person.
