Chen was knowledgeable, we never felt rushed, he was able to assist with the differences between vehicles and the experience was pleasant. We would recommend him to friends. The first time I have been to this dealership was for service work on my Audi A4 and all I can say, 5++++ stars service! From start to finish, my service advisor, Oscar, ensure I was updated with everyth service work on my Audi A4 and all I can say, 5++++ stars service! From start to finish, my service advisor, Oscar, ensure I was updated with everything that was going on with the car. When I came back to pick up the car, he also made sure I was taken care! Very responsive and excellent work! .... Two weeks later, I was in the dealership again to purchase an Audi Q3 and my sales advisor, Chen, gave me a steller experience (normally, I try to avoid dealerships/sales people and buy online) from start to finish! He also made sure I was taken care of and answered all my questions before and after the purchase of the car! Both these experiences is why I will be returning to them EVERY single time! More

I was trying to buy a vehicle and didn't want a few addons that came with it. Zhiyang told me the following: "Sorry, you dont have to purchase the car if these add ons see no value on your end. But addons that came with it. Zhiyang told me the following: "Sorry, you dont have to purchase the car if these add ons see no value on your end. But we get charge on every unit. so we have to put the cost on the price. Let me know if you are still coming or not."" A salesman telling a customer that they don't care about their business is what I'd expect from a low end used car dealership. Imagine buying an Audi and having to deal with a person like this, the customer service once you actually own one of their vehicles must be terrible. Disgusting and not at all representative of a premium luxury vehicle brand. He didn't even follow up after I thanked him for his time, just ignored me completely. I even reached out to their manager complaining about this and received no response. Hilarious that Audi considers themselves a luxury brand. More
