The experience was great. Jen and her manager Louis were great! We didn't want to waste time driving around looking for the car we wanted at the price that made sense, Jen was Jen and her manager Louis were great! We didn't want to waste time driving around looking for the car we wanted at the price that made sense, Jen was able to find us a Q5 that had all the things we wanted at a price that was better then I expected. Louis helped find the car and when it was sold from under us, he was able to find a replacement that actually cost more, but sold it to us at the original negotiated price. The finance manager, Carlos came up with several tempting options, but since we already had a load in place we went with it. After the sale we needed some information on the sale, and even though Jen, Carlos, and Louis were off for the day, Zamir jumped in and helped us get a copy of the paperwork we needed. Overall everyone at the dealership were great to work with! More

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Edward Green today. I have purchased multiple cars in the past and Edward was by far THE BEST sales rep I've worked with! He made the whole experience delightful, today. I have purchased multiple cars in the past and Edward was by far THE BEST sales rep I've worked with! He made the whole experience delightful, quick, and easy! He really listened to what I was asking for and delivered exactly that! He went above and beyond to locate a specific vehicle for me and even delivered it to my home. Very polite and not pushy at all! He's trustworthy and I highly recommend him! More

Audi took my money ($34,000) without selling me a working car!!! Here it is 6mos later with no working car from Audi. My initial purchase was the faulty Etron with outstanding safety recalls (Apr 31, 2024 car!!! Here it is 6mos later with no working car from Audi. My initial purchase was the faulty Etron with outstanding safety recalls (Apr 31, 2024). I returned the Etron within 48hrs and demanded my money and trade in car be returned to me ($34k = $18k cash and a 2019 Mercedes Coupe trade in). I was told no, by Sales Mgr. Adris. He then offered to replace the Etron with another car instead. He asked for 30 days to do it. He located and swapped 2021 Q5 premium after waiting a month in late May. The 2nd car, the Q5 swap, also failed. The 2nd car had engine failure. It is now Nov and I have no car. Audi tried to offer me another Q5 car today (Nov 3) but wanted me to pay more money. Keep in mind, AUDI CURRENTLY has $34K of my money from the initial transaction that they have not made good on. I still have no car. To make matters worse, I was asked to leave the loaner car and not offered another loaner or a "freakin" ride home. All of this and I still have no working car in exchange for my $34k. More

UPDATED from Apr & May 2024 reviews I left previously for 2019 E-tron & 2021 Q5. My initial purchase was a 2019 E-tron in Apr 2024. This car was sold to me without recall disclosure or correct mileage ran 2019 E-tron & 2021 Q5. My initial purchase was a 2019 E-tron in Apr 2024. This car was sold to me without recall disclosure or correct mileage range info. Turns out 1 of 2 outstanding recalls was a fire safety issue. The car was plugged in at my home! I returned the next day to request a refund and return of my trade in. I was denied by the manager Adrees. After multiple conversations, and approximately 3weeks later, he approved a swap for a different car; a 2021- Q5. I drove home on Apr 30 in a 2021 - Q5. On May 3 (4 days later) a malfunction message appeared on the Q5 dash while we were on the way back to the dealership to pick up floor mats. We immediately drove this car to their service dept & notified the service team, manager & my sales rep. We had taken pictures of the dash message and showed it to service staff, Adrees and my salesperson. My Sales rep was directed to take the car on a test run & he was not able duplicate the dash message. We were sent home without any further action, except to let them know if it happened again. On Aug 15, The Q5 car shut down completely on the freeway displaying the same malfunction messages. It had to be towed to the service dept. On Fri, Oct 12, I learned that the engine failed and the repair cost was $16k. This issue occurred slightly past the 90day warranty period but was originally reported 4days into the warranty period. Since the original report on May 3 was not logged by the service depart, the dealerships warranty people won't honor the warranty & Audi expects me to "chip in" on this massive bill. In the meantime, they have/sold my trade in car (a 2019 Merc Coupe) and kept my $18k. This purchase experience has taken more than 6mos and still has not been resolved; a total nightmare. The EV & Q5 were not as advertised. Both vehicles sold to me had issues. Turns out the manager who was in charge of fixing this debacle failed and is no longer employed there. And...I STILL don't have a car that works 6months later. This has been stressful and unethical. Although my salesperson, James De Silva, for the Q5 was exceptional in his efforts to help resolve this, management continues to make this situation worse by expecting me to pay more money for their mistakes. I have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover all the money taken from me. This is wrong. I still don't have a fair purchase from this dealership to make this right! This is just wrong on so many levels! More
