Thank you for your review. We understand how frustrating it can be to experience issues with a newer vehicle. Our diagnostics were based on the information available at the time. During inspection, we found multiple stored codes indicating a slow response from the camshaft sensor. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the vehicle was very low on oil, which contributed both to these codes and to the driveability concerns you described. You also mentioned a noise coming from the vehicle. After inspecting this concern, we found that your brake pads were worn down to metal-on-metal. We replaced the pads, machined the rotors, and completed additional preventive maintenance that the vehicle was due for.
