I would give zero stars. Shop has had vehicle in for repairs under warranty multiple times since purchase for a dangerous issue. Purchased new 2023 Kia Soul with 13 miles a Shop has had vehicle in for repairs under warranty multiple times since purchase for a dangerous issue. Purchased new 2023 Kia Soul with 13 miles and has had same cluster failure without successful repair. They will not buy back vehicle and say it is not a lemon yet that cannot fix the problem. Dash goes black and does not display speed or anything else, blinkers and headlights do not work, reverse camera does not work. Is not safe to drive. The car has currently been at the dealership for an entire year with no progress on the repair and no offer for a loaner vehicle. Neither the dealership nor corporate are helpful. They actually threated to end a call because we were becoming frustrated with the situation and were not using bad language, but they said they didn't have to tolerate our attitude. I think we've been more patient than the average person given this situation, and they should be a little more customer satisfaction oriented. I have told everyone I know not to purchase from Kia! horrible product that they can't even repair and will not remedy when things go terrible wrong! More
