We flew all the way from Vermont to Atlanta to purchase a Nissan Z, and Manuel made the entire experience absolutely seamless. From the very first moment I reached out, he was fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. Within 15 minutes of contacting him, he had already sent over a detailed video walk-around of the car, which gave me full confidence before making the trip.
Throughout the entire process, Manuel was quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and one of the most genuinely polite people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He even met us at the dealership with a warm smile as we arrived in a taxi. Gracious doesn’t begin to cover it.
